Performance intervention in response to the shooting death of Brazilian national and British resident Jean Charles de Menezes by London police in a tube station on July 22, 2005 on suspicion of terrorist activity.

I slit the tips of my fingers with a boxcutter, bled into seven* empty bullet casings and sealed them with wax, then asked the audience to write how this action was a threat to national security and the letters were mailed, sight-unseen to CSIS - the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service.
